The first piece of camo I bought for collecting was a early Blumentarn/Flachentarn Jacket , I had other pieces , but they were bought for wear more then collecting , that jacket started it all .

It has a non standard stamp that has yet to be identified

The helmet cover below may not be original , these items are regularly sold as original , made form zelts or repo fabric , they do a really nice jod , even including the mesh face cover , but it has no stamps which is unusual for any E.G. item .

WII dated MP44 rounds on 43 dated stripper clip The MP44 was used by the East Germans long after WWII and is why I put this here .

Mdi uniform set

I have a few Tunics some have been modified or assembled post DDR collapse , I have not changed them from when I bought them , the parts are real , they were just mad by others for display.

This Panzerwrap below is fake , they never made these , this is a post DDR creation , the company Sturm took surplus Greatcoats and cut them off adding elastic and snaps to create a "Wrap" looking tunic , all the doo dads are real .

I have three basic types of Strictarn uniforms , early with exposed sleeve Buttons Mid type with covered sleeve buttons and the last UTV type BDU , I have more unis that may have unique quality's, but for this page I thought the basics would be good .

Below is sturm at its best , with such a huge surplus of East German uniforms , they started getting creative including making vests , this one was even further modified by adding pockets on both shoulders .

Time for head gear , I am not a big collector of hats , but I have seem to ended up with quite a few .

The below hat in Blumentarn is another Sturm fantasy piece , these have been sold over the years as original , but I have not seen any period pics yet to show these were in use.
